Yes, we supply all our own cleaning supplies, including a vacuum and mop. If you have any specific products you would like us to use in your home, just let us know before your scheduled visit and we will be sure to accommodate your requests.
We charge a flat rate based on the size of your home, and how long we estimate it will take us to clean your home. If you are needing any extra cleaning done, we charge $50.00/hour for every extra hour spent in your home.
We accept e-transfer the night before or morning of your clean; and we accept cash or cheque on the counter for when we arrive.
No, you do not need to be home for your clean, as long as we are able to get in. Most clients will provide us with a door code or key.
